This was my first online purchase and I didn't fill it all correctly as per shipping as I didn't see anything but in=store pickup being new to the computer world. These people, were kind enough to trace me down and contact me about shipping so I could finish on the phone. I received the order in good timing being it had to come so far away. this is an amazing store when i am home and able to shop at it and they are excellent even now that im away from home shipping was fast, the product was great, their website was user friendly, and when one of the teas that i wanted wasnt available the customer service that notified me and picked a different tea for me was a doll. their teas are amazing, a true treat!!

Shipping Information:

We process online orders daily and will ship within 36 hrs of any online order. Handling fees are 50 cents per item and all shipping fees are by weight.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

All sales final on loose teas. 30 day money back return with receipt for prepackaged items. All returns must be in sale-able condition. Refund will be made after item is returned and inspected. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Why are the online prices slightly different from the Honolulu shop prices?
Our store prices reflect the additional cost of providing free tea tasting and samples to our customers. Our online service can not provide the same level attention and as a result we are able to pass on the value to you. For our local customers we offer free in store pickup for all online orders, just let us know when you'll be coming and we will have your order packaged and ready to go!

How soon will my order be sent?
Most orders that arrive before 12:00pm HST will be shipped out same day, all other orders will be sent out the following business day. Orders recieved on Saturday or Sunday will be sent out the following Monday.

Why is my order not in stock
Occassionally orders are recieved for teas that we have not been able to restock and we were not able to update online. If this occurs we will notify you and let you know when we expect the tea to arrive or offer a refund for your order.

Due to our committmnt to only provide fresh tea to our customers we tend to back stock smaller amounts.
